The Szikra summer menu is a tribute to nature and the gifts this season offers. Built on local seasonal ingredients, the concept remains true to the "zero food waste" principle and leaves room for creativity, flexibility and Chef’sinspiration.

Depending on the plants and the raw material we receive every day from the local producers, the menu can enjoy small changes and additions. Every day, from the most fresh ingredients, Chef Mădălina Santa and her team will prepare several other specialties, besides the main menu. For details, please ask our serving staff.

Here, at ”Szikra”, not only the food is special. We have prepared a series of creative and authentic long drinks and cocktails for you, based on our seasonal ingredients. The original recipes are developed by Tibi Terza together with Chef Mădălina Santa, for a complete and unforgettable taste experience. Take heart, be brave and explore!
